Agile Transparency

About Agile Transparency

People often ask me why I chose the name "Agile Transparency". During my many years of exprience as project manager and project portfolio manager I often saw projects fail because they weren't "transparent".

Major stakeholders didn't know about a project, the project team didn't get needed information, the project manager smothered up delays and failures, steering committees didn't do their job, synergies weren't discovered or weren't used ... there were lots of reasons.

Just a little bit of transparency would have done wonders. In my opinion transparency and the inclusion of all involved parties is, along with continuous communication, an essential factor for a project to succeed. This transparency, acting together with frankness and honesty, is of such importance for me that I chose to include it in the name.

On these pages you find some information about me and my service offerings. I'm looking forward to your message.

In this spirit ...
